Drugs like Viagra blew the lid off the secrecy of male impotence, but woman's sexual health or sex drive is still un addressed in many ways. Between 30% to 50% of woman who have had a hysterectomy complained to doctors about a low level of sexual appetite and half of woman who have had ovaries removal complained of loss of sexual function. Similarly, half the woman who have gone through menopause also complain of loss of sexual function and inability to have an orgasm.

Woman's sexual health products can be effective. In a study where women who had had a hysterectomy or had ovaries removed (at a minimum of six months before the study) reported a 74% increase in their average sexual function after having low testosterone levels replaced with testosterone supplements. This study was taken in a 24 week period with 283 woman. 279 women were given a placebo and had only a 33% increase. The other women taking real testosterone reported that their sexual function increased 56% during the study.
